Vallonné Vineyards is a labour of love and passion for wines. India’s first wine professional-turned vintner, Shailendra Pai, brought his three-decade-long experience in the wine industry when he founded the winery in 2009 with the support of close friends Alan Viegas. Vallonné Vineyards is guided by an emphasis on cutting-edge quality, optimal viticultural practices and innovation and is supported by a team of professionals with expertise in varied fields.
