Order of the Faith

Brewed in collaboration with the North East’s most exciting up and coming brewery, Alpha Delta as something of a hybrid between West Coast and New England IPA styles, water is kept soft and the grist rounded with oats, but hopped generously in the whirlpool with the signature resinous pine of Simcoe. This was carried out through to the dry hop, adding in some juicy tropical notes alongside in the shape of Mosaic and Citra.
