The Malbec grapes for Beefsteak Club are sourced from site-selected, high altitude vineyards in the best sub regions of Mendoza - Argentina's premium wine growing region at the edge of the Andes, resulting in a dry, crisp and fruity Malbec rosé.

A short period of skin contact before pressing to extract a pale pink colour and aromatics from the skins.

This pale pink Malbec rosé comes from grapes grown at high altitudes in Mendoza.

The grapes are gently crushed for soft extraction to balance colour and add depth of flavour, the wine then undergoes cool temperature fermentation, in order to retain freshness and fruit aromas.
