Viticulture

The winery works only with own grapes. The method of cultivation considers organic techniques. We also pay particular attention in soil management with cover crop and traditional soil work.

Vinification

Fermentation at temperature controlled (25/27C). Maceration on the skins for 20-25 days after alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 25C

Maturation

24 months in 50HL Slavonian oak casks and 12 months in concrete tanks before spending at least 12 months in bottle.
